DOOR SELECTOR

Location: Fitzroy, VIC

We are seeking a confident and professional Door Selector to join our team, with the position requiring regular Saturday night shifts.

Previous nightclub or hospitality experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential. We are looking for someone with the right personality, judgement, and communication skills to represent our venue and create a positive first impression for every guest.

We are seeking someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Remains calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Has strong situational awareness and the ability to manage several responsibilities at once

• Demonstrates strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills

• Is confident, fair and professional when handling difficult situations

• Shows initiative and good judgement
