DUTY MANAGER

About You
Glamorama is seeking an energised and motivated Duty Manager who thrives in the nightlife scene and enjoys working into the early hours of the morning. The successful candidate will be confident in their problem-solving abilities and capable of performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience supervising or managing a team, or a seasoned hospitality professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume bar. This role is ideal for someone currently studying or looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
A minimum of 15 hours will be provided across Friday and Saturday nights, with additional hours often available due to regular day parties, private functions, and public holiday events.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Opening and closing procedures
* Training bar and barback staff
* Liaising with venue managers and security
* Conflict resolution and problem-solving
* Optimising bar procedures and workflows
* Ensuring bar cleanliness and presentation
